Single member LLC, income is expected to be taxed as ordinary income. Started a business credit card with the name of my LLC but did not provide my EIN as it wasn't required. My SSN is tied to my EIN, obviously. Will this be an issue?
The bank issued the card without the EIN, so it isn't illegal.
For whom are you concerned it might it be an issue?
I agree with Paul, it shouldn't be an issue since the card was officially issued by the bank with your SSN.
For all practical purposes, the bank issued you a 'personal credit card'. Without an EIN, the business credit bureaus will not report the account, making it useless for building business credit (if that is what you are going for).
I also wouldn't be surprised if the account reports on your personal credit report in a month or two as well.
You are fine for IRS purposes.
