personal finance software with loan amortization feature

Hi All,

I have tried both Mint.com and PersonalCapital.com, both of which are great websites. Mint has better interface and shows fico score for free too.

The issue I have with both website is that I have mortgages through a local mortgage provider that does not have linkage to either of the websites. While I can manually add the monthly mortgage payment for these loans, I am not able to add my loan amortization.

Thus, I am here asking for your advice, if there is a software out there that will let me manually add a mortgage account which also has amortization schedule inbuilt. I envision, I would input the interest rate, loan balance and term of the loan, and it would automatically calculate the principal and interest amounts for each month and subtract it against my mortgage balance.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Pradeep

I know what you’re looking for but I’m not sure if it exists.

I use personal capital and I just use the manual loan features and update the remaining principal whenever I receive a new loan statement for all my properties. I use the app on my phone so updating takes like 30 seconds.
