Seller financing - paperwork?

Ok I jumped! Made an offer, she has accepted my seller financing proposal. Now what? What paperwork is entailed? Do I contact title company, do they have these forms?
I bought my residence by owner, they had contracts and such and we met at title company. Now I'm trying to buy this next home as a rental investment. I checked out the house, made the repair list, passed the 1 or 2% rule - now for the business end and completing contracts. Help.
