My name is Chris Forza. My business partner, Jon and I are newbie investors looking to start our real estate adventure with the purchase of our first of many Multifamily homes for long term rental purposes. We're looking for lenders to help us get pre-approved for a 203k or regular FHA loan as soon as possible. We're looking to use our lending core for many properties to come!!!
