Came across private lender,is it a scam?

Me and my dad came across a private lender that offered his services on the app “meet up” app. I contacted him and he seemed legit,he asked for me to submit a loan application with name, address, where I work,my anual income, drivers license # date of birth and my occupation. Now the thing is I don’t know if he’s legit or not he sent me an approval letter next day to add my acc and routing info. I want to know if I can trust this person or not.

@Michael Nevarez, legitimate lenders don't "trust easily". They verify.

This is 100% a scam. Do not give this person any information and cease communication with them immediately.
