Cash out refi needed.

I need a cash out refi.

Built my own house cash.

I have too much on credit cards which puts my credit at 637.

Home is debt free and appraises at $350,000.

I have other business debts...Kabbage loans etc that is scaring banks away.

Are there any lenders who lend based strictly on equity.If so what can I expect in interest and fees and term length.
