Does anyone know of a free accounting course that is effective?

I am new to most of this stuff but I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and in one of the chapters it says that an important thing to have in knowledge is accounting skills. I had the course available to take in school but I never thought it would be effective until now and I am willing to learn. Any free courses out there to recommend?

@Paolo Venezuela you could start with Chapter 14 in Brandon Turner's book on Managing Rental Properties for some Bookkeeping, attend some of his webinars on how to evaluate deals. Buy Frank Gallinelli's book on cash flow and financial measures. Then decde what youtube vids would be valuable for you.

For me, I don't spend a lot of time on bookkeeping, and I have an accountant for taxes, so my focus is evaluating and underwriting properties and deals. Decide what is important and helpful for you.
