I am CPA who invests in PA. As a result I know the PA state tax laws very well. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
One other thing missed by CPA's not familiar with PA state income tax is that they are unfamiliar with Philadelphia having its own tax filing obligation if you do business within the city limits.
