What is some of the requirements a bank might be looking for and doing a refinance process with a mixed -used property ? 2 store fronts , with a 2 units up stairs.
@Ondrej Brown I haven't financed a mixed-use since 2003 (paid off in 2017, whoo-hoo!) but some requirements I remember were it being a 5/5/20 loan with a minimum DSCR of at least 1.2
So it was a 5yr call and rate adjust, 20 yr term, 25% down, DSCR 1.2+ and had to report my financial to them every year. Hope that helps.
