Tenants rights for the landlord selling the property I live in.

My landlord just informed me they are selling the duplex I live in. My lease is up in December. I am wondering if they can break my lease if they sell the property. Also, The landlord is scheduling viewings without even asking me if it's convenient for me. Is there a law where they have to ask me first? I was also bothered that they took photos of all my property and listed them online without asking me. Does anyone know what my rights are?
