What is the best hold and rent portfolio accounting software

Leslie Reynolds
Posted

I need suggestions for the best accounting software for multiple rental properties.   I hold and rent, and manage 25 single family homes and want a better accounting tool.    QuickBooks seems cumbersome when it gets to the individual property income analysis.  Too many subcategories needed if you want to track income and expenses per property as well as the overall financial statements for the properties combined.     ANY HELP?  Leslie

@Leslie Reynolds I tried Quickbooks Online but didn't like it. I use REI Hub now and it works much better for me.
