Section 8 Indiana ( NWI )

I’m a Real Estate Agent (RB21002413)  located in Indiana. Looking to purchase a rental property in NWI.  My intention is to focus on cash flowing Section 8 properties.  Based on information on HUDs website and the amount paid for 3/4 bedrooms, I’ve narrowed my search to Muster, Dyer and Merrillville.  

Has anyone invested in section 8 in NWI?

What were some of your concerns?
