Setting boundaries with tenants
Hello!
I am getting my first rental property undergoing. I have a few good applications so far. I will be moving forward with getting the property occupied 02/1/22. Currently brainstorming some boundaries to set with tenants. Just wanted to get some feedback of your boundaries set with your tenants. To hopefully add to my list.
