First SFH closing this month

Hey all,

First post here and will be  first time owner of  Single Family Rental. We will be closing end of March and I know they are wanting us to go ahead and get utilities setup prior. Since this will be a rental, how do you normally proceed?

- Setup Utilities all in my name like normal and transfer it to renter?

Please any help and information will be great.
