Section 8 screening

I have a class A SFH property. Some of the screening criteria's include 3x income, credit score of 680, good credit history, no eviction, background check etc.

I’m getting applicants who are using section 8 vouchers — wondering if I can still use the same criteria for screening.

How do I use income and credit score criteria or do I need to modify them?
