New landlord on home in a trust
I'm the successor trustee on a home in CA in a living trust left to me and my siblings. I'm the successor trustee and 1 of the beneficiaries. Before my father passed he had a roommate & friend living in home paying what i believe is below market rent and no formal rental agreement. What is my liability as the trustee if anything happens?
