So I've been reading post and it seems like everyone has a horror story; however, I'm looking for a twist on these tales. The newbie question of the day is:
What was the hardest situation you've ever had with a tenant--now here's the twist--that you were proud of how you handled it from start to finish? How did you handle the situation? Has that shaped how you handle other difficult situations?
