Hi - I am looking at a rural property that is a 10-plex consisting of 10 individual detached houses on one APN. I am considering the feasibility of converting it to 10 condos and the cost and red tape involved. Do we have any attorneys who do condo conversions in CA who would be willing to discuss with me and potentially take on the project?
