Do we need to consult a Lawyer right away?
We are moving out of state and renting our condo with a property manager. I'd like some info on what to expect when meeting with a lawyer for the first time. Is it even necessary with a PM handling most of the forms and tenants? What will the first meeting be like and what can I expect in cost for them to make sure I have what I need to move forward? Do they use a general title such as Property Lawyer? Links to blogs would be appreciated along with any advice. We are looking to invest where we are moving too as well so I want to get this "hiring a lawyer stuff" out of the way and not be so scary. TIA.

You very likely don't need a lawyer at all. If you are in or are going to an 'attorney closing' State then you will need one that does RE closings, and they can very likely help with any issues that come up. Mine in FL was the one I closed with so whenever there was a closing related issue she handled it. Otherwise it's not likely you need one any other time.
Unless you get into larger transactions where you need a legal review, or there is some asset protection discussions needed you're likely fine.
