Best way to collect Rent

what platforms do you all recommend to collect rent? Best for price and purpose. TIA!

I love apartments.com. It is completely free and I use it on all of my buildings. I require all my tenants to set up autopay and I simply check on the first of the month whether the payment is processing or not. If not, I text my tenant and like clockwork, the payments just come into my account. I'm also able to easily apply the payment to different property accounts. It has honestly made my job as a landlord of collecting payment a breeze, literally the easiest part of self management for me.
