Investing in Jacksonville FL

Hey All,

What are your thoughts on the current Jacksonville market? I am looking for a new long-term rental (SFH) to add to my portfolio over the coming months. My current focus is cashflow over appreciation and I am trying to keep purchase price within $150k.

Have you had good experiences investing there and if so, which zip codes would you recommend looking at?
