RentRedi or Payrent to collect payments

Just landed my first multi-family in a new area that is rented by a non-profit LLC. The owner of the LLC wants to stay long term. I'm considering using RentRedi or PayRent website to track finances and report to the credit unions the tenants payment history. I also intend to purchase other real estate in the same area… Open to suggestions either way.
