Tucson, Arizona, Property Management Companies

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations on property management companies in Tucson, AZ to manage single family (3 bd, 2ba) and multi-unit (up to 4 units) properties. I have not purchased them yet as I am still a few months short of my capital needs. In the meantime, I am trying to put everything else into place and would like to interview a few management companies. If you make a recommendation, can you also leave the management fee amount (flat rate or percentage etc).

I use Principal Property Management. 520-219-0368. They charge me a flat 10% for 1 unit.
