NJ landlord right to enter premise

As a landlord in NJ, do I have the right to enter the premise with a licensed contractor to investigate violations from the township?

Can the tenant deny my access if I give them enough notice ( > 24 hours)?

Replied

According to the NJ government website, the tenant can except in certain circumstances (eg emergency).
