Loans - 1st Property & 2nd Property
Hey guys,
On my first property i was surprised that i had to put down 25%. Is that normal?
is that the case moving forward for subsequent purchases, because that will take a long time to build capital and continue to grow. Any assistance is helpful.
Any recommended national lenders?
