I'm looking for recommendations of property managers that work with the EDEN program as well as Real estate attorneys familiar with seller finance in Ohio. 

Also looking for any feedback on people utilizing the EDEN program on the eastern side of town in the Clark-Fulton area. How has your experience been? Any regrets on doing it? Im getting ready to go under contract on a 7 unit. Thanks so much.

 EDEN is great, I have worked with them for about 8 years, 100s of move in and out, they pay more then CMHA, and work MUCH faster. Its all about screening, , BTW Clark is the west side :)
