Financing options for next rental

Chris Johnson
Posted

So I can't figure out the best way to finance my next multi family rental.

I own my primary residence, roughly 100-120k equity.

I fully own a 3 family with 3300 a month in rental income and has equity of 300-350k

my goal is two more multi families.

what is the smartest way to finance the next multi family?
Also safest factoring the market volatility.

Location Connecticut

Seller finance, this is a great way to avoid the crazy interest rates and get a down payment you like
