ISO Residential lease payment program clause.
Hello I plan on making some updates to my current lease agreements. I heard of an idea offering tenants a payment program where they have the option to pay bi-weekly or even weekly with some additional fees for these options. I am reaching out to see if anyone already has this system in place and if possible to see how you have it written in your leases. All my properties are in PA. Thank you!
