Considering investing in 2-4 family in Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA

1) What are pros and cons of starting to invest in 2-3 family houses in Scranton, Lackawanna County, PA 

2) can investors still make money with investing in multifamily houses in bad areas of Scranton Pa if so HOW

3) or should i focus only in good location areas to purchase my 1st multifamily house
