Does anyone have any experience in “Community – Meadow Ridge”? Zip code is 78250. Trying to see if anyone can share insights into:

1) Is this a safe area? 
2) How easy is it to rent out? Good demand? 
3) Any issues with these homes that were built in 80s? 
4) Any other pros or cons you can share?
