Hello. I'm interested in a luxurious lovely high-rise four BRs with 2+ Baths in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Manhattan, and Miami for rental arbitrage/ subleasing. I would appreciate it if anyone can guide me on how to get a such property here or on any other platforms for rental arbitrage.

Bruh, who wouldn't want to sublease that. Good luck on someone willing to do STR on a prime property they are holding on to and haven't done it themselves already.

Hey @Mayor Victor - great stuff for putting yourself out there, but you're not going to get a lot of traction the way you're positioning yourself. A lot of the information is already out there, you just have to find it yourself first. Once you do, and you have 2nd or 3rd level questions, people in the forums can jump in to help out. 

I recommend by first speaking with local players in the markets you want to get involved in, you can start by looking up real estate events in these markets and either attend them or see who the attendees are and cold message them to have a chat.
