Chattanooga, TN Property Rentals

Howdy, network! Moving from Denver to Chattanooga in the Spring. Renting (1 year lease) first to scope out the area. Looking for a 2/2 townhouse style with a balcony/patio. We like the Northshore and Southslope areas (I think).  Any recommendations on private rental management companies or rentals that aren't listed on the bigger sites would be welcomed! Any other location insights on where to look would be helpful as well. We love walkable areas for food/drink.
