When you don't have social security number and need to deal with an eviction and coll
The tenant in place is not paying rent and stayed over end of lease. They are under a management company. I switched companies so this tenant filled out an application with the first company. The current company renewed their lease but doesn't have their original application and didn't get their social on renewal.
i was wondering if you don't have a social what can I do. Do I need their social, or do I just need to hire a company for collections and they can get it?
both I and the current property management company contacted the original management company and they refused to provide the application.
advice is appreciated. Thanks

SS is not required. Immediately file an eviction, naming the person(s) who reside there "and others"...or more accurately:
John Smith, Jane Doe, et al.
