Need help with gutters

I currently own a two story duplex about 2600 Sq near Dayton OH. The gutters are very old and disconnected. Some fell off when I replaced the roof. I have a budget of $1500 for new gutter installation and would not like to go over. Most companies I talk to quote $2500. They say that it is two stories and has multiple downspouts, which is why they quote so high. They told me I could get financing.

I was also told based on my budget it’s better to get a handyman who can buy gutters from Lowe’s or Menards and install.

Does anyone have any advice for getting gutters installed in an affordable way. Looking for someone who specializes in gutters and could potentially help me out.

Gutters cost $2500. You have a $1500 budget. Find another one thousand dollars.

Get three bids. Visit a few houses that the low bidder has done the work. If it looks good hire the low bidder. Set aside some fund in case the low bidder doesn't do that great a job . . .
