Recommendations for brokers of lists

Can anyone recommend a service that can provide a list of 3- and 4- unit properties in a defined area in Milwaukee? I'm not looking for properties currently for sale, but a broader list of addresses of 3- and 4-unit buildings. I don't need identification of the owners or otehr information, just addresses.  Thanks!

You should be able to define this on your property appraiser website for the county in which you want to see those units.

You could also subscribe to propstream

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for. Listsource.com is a site that lets you search properties based on a lot of different factors. Do a Google search for "property marketing list" and you'll get plenty of options.

There are data websites like Reonomy you can use (monthly subscription) to pull all the data. Which is usually the quickest and easiest way.

Otherwise you can contact each county assessor office and ask for them to send you an Excel file with the data.

I've done both methods. Likely going to get you a similar data set.

Reonomy is going to run you a few hundred $ a month, while contacting assessor offices is pretty much free..but takes more time.

Or call a local title company and ask them for a list :)
