What towns in Mass allow Home Occupants to host Airbnb ?
Been trying to look into a SFH as I can't find a good multi family . I am looking for a house that I can airbnb part of it. Recently been calling inspectional services and none of them said that Airbnb is allowed.
Wanted to see if there's any home owner airbnb hosts that are doing this ? Is there a permit needed ? What towns are allowing Airbnb ?
