How much can I charge to lease out my home to residential assisted living agency
Hi, I have been thinking about renting out my house in Glendale Arizona to residential assisted living (RAL) agency. I will want to run the group home myself but rather be able to rent out my place and collect more than average rental price. What is everyone charging for rental to group home providers (2k over the current rental price?). Also, how to find group home providers who are looking to lease? Any guidance is appreciated.
