Help with contractor

Mario Gonzalez
Posted

Hello I been having lots of trouble with a contractor. They keep asking for more money and not doing a good job. They keep threading me with putting a lean on my property and I don’t know what to do. This is my first home so all this is very scary. Wisconsin has lot to protect a contractor but what about the consumer. Any help would be appreciated.

@Mario Gonzalez

I personally would speak to an attorney before giving them any additional funds. There are probably state agencies that you can consult with but, I do not want to risk losing any additional funds or having a lien placed on my property.
