I have a house for rent and have been approached by a Blue Orion (blueorion.co) that wants to lease and sublet it to corporate clients. Has anyone had experience with this or a similar company?

Hi Dennis, I'm facing a serious issue with Blue Orion, who are illegally occupying my home and collecting payments on Airbnb without paying me for months. I've discovered that their associates are based internationally, and the phone number they provided (310) is a fake Skype number. They seem to be registered or have a mailing address in Pennsylvania, but I can't locate them.
