Hi, are there any property managers out there that do section 8 in Fort Worth? I haven't been able to find any. Is it true that you get the rent listed here: https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/fmr/fmrs/FY2024_code...
The rents listed here are way higher than the actual market rents. Thanks
