Washer and Dryer for tenant usage - single home
I am in the process of renting out a SFR in a mountain town and I promised to the tenant I will supply washer and dryer. My current tenant is a single person but in the future there can be 3 people staying in the house, maximum. It's a 3 bed, 2 bath.
So I do want to buy and install washer and dryer. it need not to be a new one, I can buy used one as well.
But the question is from the durability aspect, being it is managed by a tenant, what is the recommended brand or model you would go for?
My dryer has to be electric only.
