Resources/Opinion On Purchasing Single Family Properties/ Using Lease Options
Hi, I would be grateful for people's opinions on and experience with purchasing single family investment properties with the intention of leasing out with lease options. Does this strategy still work well to attract better quality tenants who want to own? Assuming the property has equity how easy or difficult is it to refinance later to buy more properties? I'm not sure I fully understand the strategy so would appreciate any resources. Thanks!
