I am doing 250 sqft of new floors replacing carpet.

I was thinking of going with this African inspired look.

It's 1.89 floating vinyl from home depot.

My concern is c+ renters expectations and taste.

Here is link

Or home depots African dark wood resilient vinyl plank flooring if link does not work.

Thanks in advance!

Matt

I've used 4mm click type vinyl plank from lumber liquidators. It looks very beautiful and so far it's been OK and looks great. The thing I like about the click fit versus the glue strip is it seems easier to repair if needed. I've heard that in some situatons the glue strip can start coming apart, but so can the click fit type. Click type is more expensive and the thicker you get, the more expensive it gets. The good thing is it's easy for a DIYer and it doesn't get damaged by water. Nothing is indestructable. If you are not sure, you could first try it in a small area to see how you like it.
