Do property managers show lease option properties to prospective tenants/buyers?

Sorry, newbie question! I'm purchasing several properties and I would like to set them up as lease options and hire a management company to manage them. I'm wondering though, if I market them as lease option/rent to own, will a PM show the property, handle paperwork including the option contract and then manage the property or does that require a real estate agent? Appreciate any advice. Thanks.
