@Gary M caceres  you want an exterminator both to set traps and seal any openings to the exterior. Exterior traps at the building permitter may be good too.   Older buildings can be an issue, we had to put some spray foam around the heat pipe entries.  I  also got some of those ultrasound plug ins for the units which may not do anything but made the tenants feel better. And if you have areas say in the basement where you want to make it uncomfortable for the mice there are some flashing light devices you can get.
