When tenant applicants give you lip, then applies to your other vacant properties....

I love it. Had one the other day immediately start badgering me over application fees and having to provide references. I declined to rent to them. They threatened to report me to Zillow. I was like, OK. Then they started applying to other properties I have vacant right now...Oh the sweet joy of telling them "Those are mine too, and no house for you..."

The applicant turned out to have a record and really bad credit as well as zero references....
