Has Anyone Participated In ULA ERAP?

Hi Im a landlord who's participated in ULA ERAP, I have a question for any fellow landlords who has participated in program and been approved. I've been stuck on the status " Manager Approval Required for a some time now and haven't had any luck with reaching anyone with the program. My question is has any of you gone through this similar status? and about how long did it take for application to move forward to next step?
