Meeting our first tenants tomorrow

Hi, BP community,

We are meeting our first tenants tomorrow. I've heard it's best to tell them we are the property management rather than the owners.
What other advice do you give?

Seriously, if you can't deal with people honestly are you really operating in the right business?!?

People OFTEN feel lying is a good option because its "easier". Would you recommend to your tenant to lie to you when its easier?!?

Operate honestly even though it won't always be the easiest choice and that you won't always get that in return and you will have nothing to second guess or regret later.
