Advice for a homeowner on how to connect w/Group Homes etc. Looking for Rental Lease
Greetings,
We are wondering if anyone in the Greater Wichita, Ks area knows of companies that are attempting to begin a residential assisted living home? Or any other type of related service for rental property opportunities?
We have began to target Listing Agents, in an attempt to find connections, but are wondering if there are specific agencies that specialize in this market that we should be targeting, to lessen the effort? So far the agents we have connected with don't know much about this market.
We have a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath 2 garage home (2 Floors) with a walkout basement. A large background in a subdivision located in a cul-de-sac. Open to group home, adult day care, senior living etc.
