Advice on theft of property

Hi I just had long term renters leave my house. They took two flat screens that I had on stands. Probably close to if not more than $1000.00. A felony in NC. In addition to trash and some other problems I'm wondering if the theft is enough to keep the deposit. There is a good bit more to deal with but I think they are ghosting me. What would some of the more experienced landlords do at this point?
